BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A Vermont girl’s new memoir about mountaineering the Lengthy Path goals to encourage different folks with well being challenges to chase their goals.

Celia Ryker spent eight years through-hiking the 273 miles from the Massachusetts border to the Canadian border.

Her ebook, “Strolling House: Path Tales,” describes what it’s wish to hike the Lengthy Path as a 60-year-old with well being challenges.
