Warren, Ohio — After spending years in Florida, Warren native Markisha Parker returned residence to open Above Common Boutique, a clothes retailer and stitching that celebrated its grand opening Friday with a ribbon chopping.
Parker opened her first enterprise, Sew Modern Vogue Academy in Jacksonville, Fla., in 2018. With the onslaught of COVID-19, she moved residence and determined to start out one other enterprise the place she grew up. Above Common Boutique had a tender opening Might 25.
